We hope you are happy with your Tinc purchase! However, if you would like to return or exchange an item, please follow our terms and conditions listed below:
1. Customers may return unwanted items within 14 days of receiving their items. Items must be within original packaging and remain in the condition it was received in. You'll need to contact us in order to receive our return address, and you can do so via the little 'contact us' button at the bottom of the screen. Delivery charges for returning items are non-refundable.
2. Customers have 30 days to claim goods are faulty in order to receive a refund. Faulty goods can be returned using a free returns label, which we can provide, and an image needs to be provided to prove fault.

3. Customers who have received incorrect products due to a picking error may receive the correct items sent out to them. This cannot be different items of a customer’s choosing and must be exactly what they ordered.
In the case of purchasing from a 3rd party retailer:
Customers who have purchased Tinc items from a 3rd party retailer are not entitled to a refund, and not entitled to an exchange until proof that the original seller cannot provide this. Customers are recommended to return to the place of purchase to claim a refund within that seller’s terms and conditions.
If, within the 30 days of receipt, a customer cannot receive a replacement from the seller, Tinc can offer a replacement of the item. Tinc are not responsible for replacements in the case of no proof of purchase from a 3rd party retailer.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns, or provide a refund, for opened and worn headphones unless the product is faulty.
