This is a tracked service. You will receive notifications on your order from Royal Mail along with your tracking reference. Orders will be despatched Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We try to fulfil and despatch your Tinc goodies as soon as you have ordered. After goods have been despatched, orders cannot be cancelled. If you would like to return your order, please visit our returns policy
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, strikes etc)
In the unlikely event that your order has not been delivered after 30 days of purchase, Tinc will contact Royal Mail for investigation and can offer a refund in the mean time. We always communicate to customers about delays or disruptions with delivery and will help in any way we can. The UK delivery zone includes Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man.
