Orders & Deliveries
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. It may appear in your spam folder, but if it hasn't arrived, have a chat with us using the form in the bottom right corner of our website, and we'll be happy to help!
If you have made your order between 9AM - 5PM (Monday - Friday), then you can call or email on the same day and we will do our best to add any items to your existing order. We aim to get your order packaged and out the door as quickly as possible, which means your order may already be on its way. In this case, you may need to create a new order.
We have multiple delivery options to choose from. These are:
1st Class: 2-6 working days (£4.50)
2nd Class: 4-7 working days (£3.50)

Depending on your chosen service, orders take between 2 - 7 working days to arrive, but sometimes can take longer. If you'd like us to investigate, please use the contact form to get in touch.
At this time, we are only able to ship to the United Kingdom. We are currently looking at ways to ship internationally and when we do, the information will be available here.
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for orders made in John Lewis, WHSmith, Sainsburys, or any other store selling our products. We advise that you contact or visit the store you made the purchase from and take your proof of purchase with you. Please check your consumer rights before these stores turn you away, as they are responsible for your order.
However, we are always happy to help, and you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org if need to replace any of our products. Please read our returns policy for more information.

If your order is within 14 days of receipt, you can return your order to us and once it's received, we can refund you the total. For more information on missing or damaged goods, please read our returns policy.
If you're looking for an older item but can't see it on our website, then unfortunately, it is out of stock. We aim to keep our stock levels up to date and accurate, and so old or discontinued items are not available.

As a busy online store, we may sometimes change the price or discount options of certain items. We always notify customers of price changes and new lines added to our sale via email marketing or through social media. In 2018, we made the decision to close all but one of our stores and spend more time on our online store and partnerships with other companies.
If you still wish to shop Tinc in-store, you can visit our sunny store in Salcombe, or you can find us nationwide in John Lewis, Sainsburys, WHSmith and more!
All of our products, when necessary, have instructions included in the packaging. However, some of our products in other stores may not, and sometimes instructions can get lost! We have a dedicated page for product instructions, but please get in touch if the product you're looking for isn't there.
