My job involves reporting on the financial health of the business as well as managing the cash flow, which is imperative in a small but rapidly growing business. Ultimately I help to maintain the health of Tinc and seek ways to improve profitability in the long run. I also have to ensure all our accounting activities comply with local regulations, as well as ensuring our suppliers are paid on time, and our customers pay us on time. I’m involved in lots of other areas of the business and am currently enjoying getting my hands dirty trying to grow our Amazon business.
